BLK Luggage Warranty

We stand behind every product we make. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

01 Warranty Terms

The Retreat (carry-on luggage): Protected by a 5-year manufacturer-backed warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

All other BLK Luggage products (The Overnight, The Weekend, The Departure, The Bag): Protected by a 1-year manufacturer-backed warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Both warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use when purchased directly from BLK Luggage's official channels.

02 What's Covered

We will repair or replace any product or component determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship at our discretion. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and of equal or comparable value.

03 What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, scuffs, fabric wear, or discoloration
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Airline and transit damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage from accidents, extreme temperatures, water, or natural disasters
  • Products with altered serial numbers
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

04 Airline Damage

While airline damage is not covered under warranty, we provide documentation and guidance to help you file claims directly with the airline. Customers must research and submit claims per the airline's policies.

05 How to Make a Claim

Contact our support team during the warranty period with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos or video of the issue

Email us at Buyblack@blkluggage.com with your claim details and we'll respond within 48 hours.

06 Liability

Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. BLK Luggage disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost travel time, profits, or inconvenience. This warranty supersedes all prior warranties.
